Members are requested not to arrive on site before 12 noon unless specifically stated, please check instructions for each meet. If you do turn up before 12 noon you may be asked to move and will be charged an extra nights camp fees.
8th-21st August
Llwynn Ynn Hall, Ruthin. Holiday meet.
site entrance on A525 Wrexham/
Ruthin Road, approx 14m from Wrexham.
Look for DA signs.
Fees £6 pupn.
Again you can stay for just
the weekend or as long as you like.

21st-27th August
Oteley, Ellesmere. (5 nights)
Take the A528 from Wrexham, in
Ellesmere Town follow the one way system,
pass the mere on the left. Site is on left, turn
into wooded area after the car parks, opposite
Monastery. Pass through old ruin gatehouse,
follow the country road in estate to entrance
near the main house, on left hand side.
Fees £5.50 pupn
27th-31st August
Whitegates Farm, Caerwys. (4 nights)
Take A55 Chester/Conway road, pass Holywell,
take B5122 Caerwys road to town centre. Turn
right into High Street, left at T-junction, pass
church on left hand side. Site towards right
on 300 yards.
5th-7th Sept.
Herons Nest, Antrobus, Cheshire
CW9 6JA

This venue replaces our Chumley re-union.
12th-14th Sept.
Windmill Animal Farm, Burscough - DA

Theme- City of Culture
Goodie bags will once again be provided, our
marquees will be up with our usual entertainment
ie bingo, quiz, music from Uncle Les's Disco,
We will also be holding our annual mock auction
straight after coffee morning on Sunday, please
bring your goodies to sell, and lots of money to
purchase your bargains.

night....Free to do as you please,the
bar
will be open we hope ????. Saturday morning
we will have a round robin bowls competition.
Nothing serious,all
a bit of fun. Non bowlers will
be able to join in and there will be a trophy for the
winners. Anyone with their own woods, can you
bring them along with you as we have a limited
number of sets…Saturday evening we will put on
a fun quiz in the bar…………………

M56 j.15 onto M53 towards Wrexham,
A55 to roundabout. Exit onto A51 S.
Exit left towards Christleton on r/bt,
Continue on road 2-3 miles, pass
Waverton. Turn left at Crocky Trail
signs at white antique shop on corner,
turn left after bridge with shops on right,
Turn right at Plough pub, site on left in
500 yards. There is no themed dinner
this year, meet in conservatory next to
bar on Saturday evening. Bowls match
£1 per person, bring your own woods
if you have them, we have some you can
borrow if not.

Lydiate Parish Hall, Lydiate. Halloween meet.
On A59, turn at Robins Island (which doesn't
have a name on it) signposted Lydiate.
Turn right at end of road onto Southport Road
Site on RHS just after canal bridge.

North West Region Social Weekend
Whittingham and Goosnargh Social Club

M6 junction 32, take A6 towards Garstang.
Take the B5269 towards Longridge
Site on right just after
Stags Head PH.
We will be returning to defend our Ball in the
Jar Competition. We have the sole use of the
Club on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Private camping area surrounded by hedges.
Saturday disco and games planned, suitable
dance floor and comfortable seating.
Supper tickets for Saturday evening only £3.75.
Final orders for meal must be in by the beginning
of November.
Fees £5.50 pupn plus £1 per person for temporary
membership to Club House.
