CCY News and information to date.
Fund raising activities are often seen at our weekend meets.
The CCY have their own 'account' and have their own fund raising
events. Most money from their raffles and events go
to their general funds which pays for games, crafts activities,
medals, prizes, etc etc.
You may soon see that some events will
be for a 'Helsinki fund'. This is an exciting time for us
as we are considering attending the FICC (Federation of
International Camping and Caravan Clubs) rally in Helsinki
during Easter 2011. This is for ALL International Youth
and their Leaders.
The Youth have to fund themselves for
these events and travel costs can be expensive.
The DA supports this rally and you will
see that most DAs will give a contribution for coach/air fares,
so this is what they are collecting for in plenty of time for
next year.
Thank you for your support.
PS Youth Leaders will finance
themselves.

Lost at Scarisbrick St Georges Day
meet.
Young Jamie Barnes left his brand new
Premier League football behind in the football cage on site.
It was blue white and orange, and was a present only days
before. If anyone has found this can they please
please please make one sad little boy very happy again and pass
it to him or any of our Committee Members at any of our meets.
Thanks.
