1 Put out direction signs to show entrance.
2 Membership cards to be shown, collect fees.
3 Point out drinking water/elsan disposal points.
4 Discuss siting of unit and arrange guidance if needed.
5 Mention on-site activities (if any).
6 Ensure 20 foot rule is observed.
7 Generators can be used between 11am and 7pm only at stewards discretion.
8 Strict
control of pets essential, dogs to be on leads at all times, maximum 6ft. when
tied up, 'mistakes' must be cleaned up by
owner.
9 All rubbish must be taken home unless other arrangements are made.
10 Coffee morning is optional, equipment is available from Committee.
11 Pay site owner fees,
obtain VAT receipt if applicable, see back of Steward sheet for
guidance, remaining monies to be passed to
treasurer or Committee member if treasurer
not out that weekend.
12 Max speed on site 5mph.
13 One named person is to be responsible for the overall conduct of the meet - ie "steward".
14 11pm all quiet please.
15 Most important of all, enjoy yourself!!!!!!!!!!!
