Photograph Competition Rules

  • Entrants must accept the Terms & Conditions set out below. 

  •  Photographs must be taken during a LSWLDA Meet in 2026 which the entrant has attended as a camper. . 

  • Photographs must not show anything degrading or offensive. 

  • There are no age restrictions, if you can take a photograph you’re the right age.

  • Entrants agree to having their photographs displayed on the Website and Social Media together with their Name. 

  • All photographs must be in a digital format. 

  • We will only accept images in JPG or JPEG format. 

  • You must not enter images which have been published previously in print.

  • You may submit as many photographs as you like. 

  • Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the Webmaster email address (webmaster@lswlda.co.uk). 

  • Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.

  • If our judges select your photograph, Competition entrants agree to give the judges extra information about their photographs if requested. 

  • Photoshopped photographs are not permitted. 

  • AI created images are not permitted.

  • Competition closes on 15th November 2026.
